About the Course

Are you interested in 3D animated movies and/or video games? Did you ever wonder how movies like Toy Story, Despicable Me of Frozen are made? What happens in the background when Buzz and Woody move their bodies? Would you like to learn how animate a 3D character and make it move like you want to?

All you need to do to accomplish these things is to apply to our Autumn course. The course will take place in the beautiful city of Maribor in Slovenia from 10th to 18th September. We guarantee you will have fun and an awesome experience. Other than that, you will learn how to set up a 3D character model to be able to animate it. This includes creating a skeleton and a set of rules for the joints so it can be animated correctly. Once your character is ready to be animated, you will have to make him move using key frame animation.

By the end of the course, you will have your own short video of the animation you have created so you can show to everybody what you have learned.

On this adventure you will meet students from every part of Europe, with whom you will spend 9 whole days, and probably form life long bonds of friendship. There will also be a weekend trip where we will show you the beauty of Slovenia and it's culture, and you will see the oldest vine in the world.
